Responsible for the sucessful completion of mechatronik window lifter projects for several european car manufacturers, including the functional lead of a multidisciplinary team (sales, development, quality, manufacture,...). Establish a coordination system between the development centers for window lifters in Germany, Brazil, Mexico and South Africa to enssure an optimum level of know-how exchange.

Selection of the right engine cooling solution for passenger cars, including planification and excution of validation plan in field and wind tunnel tests, and reporting internally and to customer.
