Internship & temporary employees complete management, control of all the recruiting sources of the company), young talents recruiting program and support to HR Business Partners, ,manage the welcoming program for new employees and administrative process, internal communication, employer branding, budget control and invoicing process, reporting & KPI control. Collaborate in different projects: performance evaluation, objectives definition, surveys.

Management of customer orders, analysis to ensure that the recruiting criteria are job-related, recruitment sources, job advertisements, screening of CV, phone and personal interview, hiring the candidate and their respective administrative process (contract, occupational risk prevention, social security, payroll, business licenses ...), etc
