As Planning and Cost Control Director of the Euro Ionia J/V, I have successfully managed the definition and approval of the Joint Venture general coding system, definition of the WBS, writing down the major method statement, general budget and cash flow, EPC general planning (design and construction, including procurement, purchasing, delivery and risk), value engineering process, agreement of works certification strategy and process, design and carry out the monthly progress report and others.

As a Contract Manager of the 1st Ferrovial building project in Dublin, in addition to the typical Project Manager’s tasks (WBS, method statement, planning, budgeting, procurement, works’ progress, quality, health & safety, environment, works’ certification, cost control, commissioning) I had dealt with the recruitment of the local site team key people, with the local Construction Industry Unions’ issues, with the Client’s Engineering (designs, value engineering) and with the Client’s Office issues.
