Responsible for ADAS sensor packaging into various vehicle platforms. Main tasks inside the role are: - Stakeholder gathering and requirement definition - CAD design and sensor FoV analysis - Manufacturing process definition and suppliers study - Integration follow-up and validation

I am responsible for interface definition between the base vehicle platform and the self driving system. Some of my main tasks are: - Define integration requirements to achieve a successful vehicle design - Lead engineering discussions with VW - Collaborate with and support VW on the development of the sensor cleaning and thermal management systems to meet product requirement - Test and validate the cooling and sensor cleaning at subsystem and vehicle level - Support cross functional teams with CAD

As senior design engineer, my main functions were focused to both the mechanical and electrical design of machinery and specific solutions for the industrial sector. From the client needs identification and concept definition, to the machine in place setup, including CAD, parts manufacturing, assembly and programming. Within the additional tasks, I would highlight project management and Kuka robotic systems programming.

Main tasks aren't just lean core functions, such as supporting the implementation of lean standards to optimise the production line, or solving incidences in order to maintain the value chain, but also the deployment of major projects in cooperation with multi functional teams and various departments.

Pöttmes (Alemania) A testing station development for the rotary indexers that are manufactured by the company. It was fully designed, from the structure to the electrical installation and programming, as well as an using protocol for reaching correct measures: - Structural and mechanical design of the station. - Electrical and electronic design. - Testing protocols description. - Software programming for the subsequent programming. - Design, statistical study and management of databases.
