- Opening and development of the brand in Latin America (11 countries) and Europe (15 countries). 2 shops opened and 4 units signed. - Evaluate the economic viability of new stores, refurbishments, extensions and relocations. - Monitoring, control and advice the franchises and branches with own stores.

- Design and implement the company´s strategy oriented to maximize revenues and profit. - Negotiation with key accounts from Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Check Republic, Croatia, Russia, Ukraine, Rumania, Portugal, Spain, etc. - Opening and development of new markets: Germany and Denmark. - Design a new scoreboard in order to control the process and improve performance. - Select, lead, manage and coach a team of 2 people. - Reporting to CEO.

- Define, develop and negotiate the equipment for the shops and offices in Spain. (480 shops and 10 local offices). Renegotiating conditions, saving more than EUR1.2m. - Contract the maintenance service for the shops and offices in the country. 22 shops opened. - Define, implement, contract and manage the security standard of the shops, warehouses and offices in the country (reducing the number of thefts by more than 41%). - Lead and encourage a team of 12 direct and 8 indirect collaborators.

- Organize & execute the new openings of Inditex in Germany (45 openings). - Contract & control “Other Stores Expenses” and “Overhead Expenses” in Germany. - Ensure the implementation of the security policies of the Inditex Group in security, shrinkage & inventories. - Contract & implement the logistics policies of the Inditex Group. - Lead, inspire & motivate a team with 6 direct members & 285 indirect. - Train & support the General Services managers from Central Europe Countries.

Control and optimize the operative costs of the Zara shops: cleaning, security, decoration, maintenance and repairs, etc. - Negotiate the conditions and prices of various materials and services for the Inditex group. - Create and fulfill the budgets for the aforementioned expenses. - Analyze and control the “Other Stores Expenses” and “Overhead Expenses” for the following branches: Greece, Turkey, Austria, Germany, Portugal and Japan, reporting to the General Manager.

- Responsible for the daily interlock with all shops of the brand and its franchises abroad including Portugal, Israel, Cyprus, Malta, China, Japan and Greece. 

- Analyze and evaluate the markets and the profile of the companies interested in the Master Franchise contract.

 - Tracking the ongoing building permits, construction companies and architects coordination.
