•Manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients as primary point of contact for all queries and service need. •Cross-regional support of other Customer Service units across the EMEA region. •Personal training of customers regarding banking products, applications, and processes, including preparation of training materials. •Monitoring of daily volume processing and balance positions; intervention with funds release for balance clearance.

•Escalating relevant PEPs and Adverse Media hits to various Business Line AFC teams for decision making, as well as escalating sanction alerts to the Sanction and Embargo teams. •Analysis of warnings within the alerts for sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Person), adverse media and internal list hits. •Assist in training new colleagues and analysts. •Processing of AML monitoring alerts according to internal and external specifications. •Internal suspicious activity reports, considering all information.
