Supervise a team of Call Center Representatives and the work group. Set goal and account for team performance and productivity. Oversee the daily activities of and supervise a team of call center staff. Perform all supervisory tasks in accordance with established DHS initiatives, policies, and procedures relating to equal opportunity, affirmative actions, non-harassment, and employee safety.  Under limited supervision, provides training and education by phone and in person with clientele as needed.
