→ Independently designed and managed a virtual reality arena across all project phases (LPH 1–9): spatial concept, requirements analysis, 2D/3D design, cost planning, and construction management.

→ Updating construction cost indicators for the Brazilian SINAPI system (similar to BKI). → Analysis of construction site data to develop representative indices for building projects. → Preparation of technical documentation, cost calculations (Excel), drawings (AutoCAD), and communication with contractors.

→ Contributed to 6 public and private projects in architecture and heritage conservation (LPH 1-5). → Developed design solutions, technical drawings (2D), and 3D models. → Conducted site visits, documented and monitored interventions in existing and new buildings.

→ Pioneered work in social housing, developing an innovative model for universal social housing through design (CAD), regulatory analysis, and feasibility studies.

→ Developed 2 research projects on urban and landscape planning. → Analyzed the TICP guidelines of Peru (areas of cultural and landscape interest) and designed a new TICP project in southern São Paulo for integration into the master plan. → Conducted data analysis, GIS mapping, field research, interviews, and administrative tasks.

→ Supported design processes, mentored student projects, coordinated materials, organized workspaces, and maintained the digital learning platform.
