Operation & maintenance of Muscat international airport district cooling chiller plant & its auxiliary assets of two DCS plants. CUY-414: Central utility yard (Cooling capacity -25000 TR) • NDA-714: Northern development area (Cooling Operation & Maintenance of 11 KV 19 XRD chillers & various equipment's of central air-conditioning equipment.

Successfully handled the operation of 11 No’s of each 1,000 TR chiller & 11 nos. of each 1,200 TR Cooling tower. Chiller system operation and maintenance. Operation and maintenance of axial fan and Jet fan. Cooling tower operation and maintenance. Transition activity (Snagging/De-snagging) for all technical equipment. HOTO for MEP Equipment, Breakdown analysis, and implementation of corrective action. Side stream filtration system operation & maintenance. BMS system monitoring, control, operation.

Handling Installation activity of Water-Cooled Central Air Conditioning system. Ensuring that all the mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per approved Shop Drawings, Method Statements, and Project Specifications & Work Plans. Monitoring installation of Chilled Water piping, Ducting, Insulation, AHU, FCU, Air Terminals, and all other Equipment and ancillary items as per drawings. Preparation of T&C reports and getting Inspection & Certification done from client.
