Led the cross functional effort in developing the rear chassis structures to meet multiple prerequisites and supported them throughout the product lifecycle. Defined requirements, sourced suppliers, worked with their development teams, oversaw builds and tracked validation. Led the prototype build for the whole chassis; collected data and specifications within CEVT, acted as a single point of contact for the supplier in Germany.

Leadership of development task forces, management of system prototyping and sourcing of mass production suppliers for start-up NIO. Led multiple task forces of design and analysis Engineers in concurrent conceptual development of suspension structures. Managed 6 suppliers for the prototype build. Supervised the project from beginning to end and prepared documentation for client. Advised client on choice of fabrication technique for mass production and performed technical review of supplier candidates.

Built and led a team of 4 Engineers Development of low pressure die cast aluminium subframes, swing arms and knuckles (PORSCHE, MERCEDES): • Design of parts and moulds (CATIA v5) • Topology optimisation (Optistruct) • Structural analysis (stiffness, strength, Eigenmodes - CATIA v5)

Development of exterior and interior metal and polymer components (BMW, MERCEDES): • DFM; injection moulding, extrusion, forging (CATIA v5) • FEM (Hypermesh, Abaqus) Mentoring colleagues in design
