responsible for planning, management and progress control of the project that I was in charge in terms of human and financial resources, of contractual relationships towards the final Client, of issue and management of budget and time schedules as well the coordination of the proposal and purchase phases by taking part directly to the negotiation.

Cryogenic Gas. I depended on the Managing Director coordinating the function “Operations” of 5 facilities belonging mainly to petrochemical areas. I evaluated and suggested renewals and improvements of the cryogenic plants developing basic design and business plan. Responsible for production plans and promoter of energy efficiency and cost saving programs.
