Produced control logics for system startup and shutdown techniques, purge/drain control, Anode/cathode pressure and mass flow control, Cell voltage monitoring, throttle, bypass, purge, drain and shut-off valve positioning, desired operating speed for EAC and ARB and Control logic for Water management inside the stack. Developed power split algorithm between Battery and Fuel cell, Load management and prioritization. Designed system power limits for the E-motor and fuel cell system

The scope of the project is to provide the complete vehicle information to the driver. We developed the head unit (Cluster) of 3.5 and 7 Inch’s for Alfa Romeo series which collects the warning and error information from all the ECU’s in the vehicle. 

Developed many prototype projects for Engineering and Ph.D. Students and provided technical support for their Thesis Embedded system and software development using ARM controllers, worked on Device driver development for peripheral interfacing, debugged code and located root cause of problems by reviewing configuration files and logs Worked on C coding, UART SPI I2c and CAN protocols, worked with low level control processing.
