Currently, I am working on a project that involves the development and optimization of a Python-based tool using artificial intelligence (XGBoost) and data analysis tools (Pandas, Geopandas, Scipy, Matplotlib) to help measure, analyze, and optimize the quality of the Doubs Fire Department’s (SDIS25) operational response.

I was developing data analysis tools (Pandas) to understand the dynamics of the interactions of cell surface receptors recorded with super-resolution microscopy

I worked as a Study Engineer at the DISC Department of Femto-ST. My job was to design and develop AI Tools for the segmentation of images of kidney cancer in young children. This project used the U-Net convolutional neural network architecture (PyTorch) to process DICOM CT-Scan images to segment the kidney tumors.

Masters thesis project in the field of image processing. This project aimed at developing an image processing software for treating microscopic images by correcting the vibrations/ displacements in the images and simultaneously tracking sub-micron particles in a micro-channel using the technique of Particle Tracking Velocimetry (PTV) algorithms in Python.

Worked in a clinical training period on a project for the removal of artifacts from the EEG signals recorded in fMRI using signal processing tools in MATLAB.

Development of a medical software in Python, HTML and mySQL, for the project ”LAMBOTIKA”.

Development of a reflective colorimeter, comprising of a hardware and a software component (GUI in Python) for food process monitoring and quality testing applications.
