Supporting area relates to order Management, Delivery Management, Billing Process, Third party process, STO, Intercompany Sales, interfaces, enhancement, customized reports etc. Worked with third party supporting vendor for contract management (HP), shipping and tracking (XPS) etc.

Worked here as a Relationship manager. looked after all the Securities related financial products. Gathered a strong knowledge on stock exchange (BSE, NSE and others). Generate revenues for the company by B2C sales. Looked after 7 branches of ICICI Securites as per as 3rd party products are concerned. Reporting to higher management with all the daily sales. Maintained a strong relationship with the customers which helps for repeat sales.
