As founder and Managing Director I was responsible for set up, management and finally sell to Stuttgart based personell consultancies for Information Technology and headhunting specialist for digitalization, PRIMEPEOPLE AG, which subsequently merged the company into their organization.

As founder and Managing Director and backed by an Investor, I was responsible for set up, management and finally sell (complete Exit) to a private equity firm which subsequently merged the company into PERM4 Group.

Due to the Management-Buy-Out from a former German Machine Construction affiliated group we had to reorganize and set-up ("from the scratch") new departments for sales, partner management and human resources (focus on recruitment).
