• Participation in internal studies on the topics of "Automotive Digital Maturity" and "EV Customer Journey Maturity". • Preparing client presentations, as well as supporting the consulting team with project management in the technical design of transformation projects of internationally operating companies. • Responsible for the development of a change management and training strategy in the course of designing a customer service transformation for an international packaging manufacturer.
