- Management of recruitment process from candidate detection until hiring and contract signing. - Conduction of live and phone interviews. - Direct and permanent contact with employees, team leaders and with national coordination of the service in order to ensure smooth execution of the projects. - Direct contact with client (Account MGMT). - Develop daily and weekly reports about filled positions and account status. - Control of HR related incidences (resignations, dismissals, cancellations).
