My work is always related to the client’s demand in every sector: IT, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer & Retail, Bank & Finance and Industry. I conduct the whole Search and Recruitment process as well as collaborating in Assessment Center or Development Projects. My main duties are: - Project definition - Profile and Target identification - Candidate Interviews (phone and face-to-face interviews) - Tests and Assessments - Liaise with the client regarding the project and their needs.
