Responsible for helping support hotel management by handling reservations and smoothly running the hotel. As well as administration tasks, cash handling, provide guests services, etc. Also when was necessary I worked as Food & Beverage Assistant too.

Support the work of organisational department, helping as well in different areas during the event days.

Provide support to the product department with the new products as well as new customers: entering data in the App, market prospection, creating new products, etc. Besides administrative support for an entire department.

Personal attention in several languagues to visitors at the Tourist Information Office and other temporary information points, promotion of city resources and activities, marketing, responsible of practices personnel, establishing procedures for the obtention of regular statistical data of the sector, permanent contact with the local entities linked to the tourism sector, data update visitor management program, customer services in tourism fairs, etc.

Transmitting the provisional result of the ballot (recount) to the Data Processing Center. As well as transmit information on incidents at the opening of the Polling Stations and the progress of participation on election day; provide support to the electoral tables in which the MAE system (Electronic Polling) is used and are in direct communication with the Delegation / Prefecture.
