Delivery of strategic reporting solutions based on the Business Objects Objects product portfolio. I manage the full project lifecyle from requirements gathering & systems analysis through to development, testing and deployment of the solution and SLA negotiations. Budget responsibility, functional management of the project resources as well as stakeholder management and an IT project solution delivery according to CMMI methodoloy using PMBOK principals is the main focus of my current role.

Assist & consult the business divisions to build IT infrastructures and establish corresponding support models and SLAs for strategic as well as international projects. My daily tasks include: Identify internal client needs & priorities; deploy infrastructures globally across all technology domains; ensure operational quality and stability; task & status tracking to deliver on client commitments; budget controlling.

IT Project Management, internal and/or external customer online portal applications, system analysis, system integration, Change / Incident & Service Management, process analysis & optimization, tender bid presentations

My role involved providing support for all company departments and evaluating new IT-infrastructure related products and services, as well as doing cost benefit analysis; developing end-to-end IT solutions including cost, resource and time planning.
