Fleet Management: Manage 50 company vehicles in Germany and support fleet operations in Sweden, Austria, Spain, and Portugal. Documentation & Procurement: Develop operational documents and negotiate with partners for vehicle quotes and orders. Policy & Reporting: Design and implement the company car policy, and prepare reports for strategic decision-making. Financial & Safety Compliance: Handle invoices, accounts, and serve as the safety officer for four German offices, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Cash Management: Manage the cash register system, track KPIs, generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and manage total cash in the safe. Employment Records: Maintain comprehensive staff files, including records of sickness, vacations, data changes, warnings, and terminations. Administer employee time-sheets, monitor hours worked, and evaluate productivity. Payroll Processing: Handle monthly payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.

Partner Growth: Acquire and manage new UK distribution partners. Operations: Drive UK business growth by managing turnover, sales, consulting, and marketing. Branding & Design: Oversee partner branding, online shop layouts, and design. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with shop implementation, legal, accounting, marketing, and design teams for smooth operations.

Sales & Performance: Hit weekly sales targets and track operational performance to meet business goals. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of ~25 employees, handling hiring, planning, and budget control. Training: Lead sales and customer service training to boost team skills and performance. Visual Merchandising:Apply company-aligned strategies to enhance product presentation and customer appeal. Customer Experience: Oversee sales, service, and returns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
