Agreed beforehand, for a limited time of three months, I coached F&B Employees and redeveloped their daily routines in a luxury environment. Presenting and introducing new ways of leading, management and communication, combining knowledge and enhancing individual strenghts to build a sustainable team, is basically what I did.

Creating training plans and service procedures. Innovative thinking and teamwork created a wonderful work environment with great customer service.

Executing private events in a pub like environment. Training sales techniques and efficient procedures to service staff.

In charge of a full service Steakhouse on the East coast. Sales were notably increased through area specific marketing, while operating costs were reduced resulting in a more profitable restaurant.

In charge of training any new hires and developing them on a daily basis, in regards to service quality and product knowledge. Communicator between General Manager and FOH staff.

Operating a full service Restaurant as Assistant to the General Manager. Budgeting, marketing, training, HR etc.
