Agreed beforehand, for a limited time of three months, I coached F&B Employees and redeveloped their daily routines in a luxury environment. Presenting and introducing new ways of leading, management and communication, combining knowledge and enhancing individual strenghts to build a sustainable team, is basically what I did.
