• Assisting the Swiss and African subsidiaries (corporate, contracts, industrial constructions, FIDIC contracts, LOI/MOU, JV, litigation), • Drafting of financial facilities (PCG, NDA, bank accommodations and intra group loans), • Handling the corporate activities of Swiss subsidiaries, • Assisting the HR department (headquarters’ activities, including for its subsidiaries), • Supporting oil activities (trading / bunkering, shipping), • Reporting to the Group in London.

Managing the legal department and external advisors for different corporate entities, in respect of the balance cost / effectiveness, budgeting legal matters. Supporting and implementing the Group guidelines and strategic decisions. Managing external advisors in respect of the balance cost / effectiveness, budgeting legal matters. In charge of all areas of legal matters regarding Procurement, Plants and Logistics, such as contracts, GT&C, labor law, environmental law, litigations, court actions...

• Negotiating and drafting main agreements, in particular in English, GT&C, service contracts, • Participating in the contribution agreements for the sale of plants (data room, share purchase agreement, environmental liabilities…), • Managing litigations and court actions in particular with important impact.

• Drafting contracts with its parent company and subsidiaries, • Drafting supply agreements with professionals (retailers) and consumers, • Managing court procedures regarding product liability and litigation, including business issues, • Reviewing marketing offers and promotions, • Participating to studies and new projects (drafting the contract to manufacture the bottle VISEO, gas contracts for the supply network), • Supporting the classified installations with permit to operate.

Service station retail (1200 sites). • Drafting supply agreements with professionals (agent, sale agreements) • Drafting various contracts (commercial and land leases, transportation), • Reviewing marketing offers and promotions, • Managing litigation, negotiations, settlement agreements, • Participating to the legal French professional union (UFIP), retail department.

Oil industry. • Managing real estate and urbanism issues, • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (services, projects...) and commercial leases, transportation contracts (truck and vessels). • Advising on classified installations and environmental law subjects, • Managing industrial disputes (including court expertise, settlements),

Loans to real estate companies (“SCI”) and individuals. • Managing enforcement procedures, • Advising on real estate and consumer regulations, • Dealing with bankruptcy and similar procedures, Over-indebtedness of individuals, • Drafting internal procedures and manuals.
