- Responsible for $35 million freight spend and $4.5 million packaging spend related to international material flows. - in 2013, identified and implemented cost-savings initiatives totaling $3 million. - Led the redesign of the North American inbound network, which involved suppliers located in Europe and Asia for an annual savings of $750K. - Responsible for managing staff of 7 Supply Chain professionals and facilitating Supply Chain training sessions throughout the company.

- Responsible for the global deployment of multiple projects related to client’s vehicle logistics applications. - Responsible for developing IT transition strategy related to automotive client’s divestiture of multiple business units; for this work, I was awarded General Motors’ “CIO Supplier Award”. - Presented IT implementation strategies to client’s high-level executives from cross-functional areas.

Responsible for the shipment of engines and components from North America to our client in Russia.

Primary responsiblity was for the management of GM’s international vehicle shipments representing 30 regional lanes and 300,000 vehicle shipments per year. This included US exports as well as "foreign-to-foreign" moves, such as from Australia to the Middle East countries. While in this position, I identified and implemented vehicle network optimization programs totaling $3 million in annual savings. My team and I also developed performance metrics for global service providers.
