-Designed and developed the work cell and work instructions for assembling the Ballard fuel cell bus modules that gave the company fuel cell bus exposure in Europe, China, Australia and the USA. Ballard went on to produce the fuel cell busses that where used in Whistler for the 2010 winter Olympics. - Reduced part count by 28%, fastener types by 50% and assembly time by 36% by working with the design engineers and assembly technicians to simplify the fuel cell stack system.
