Paul Fleetwood

Senior Vice President responsible for engine products; principally cooling, lubrication and fuel transfer pumps for diesel engines in commercial on-highway and off-road vehicles. The division includes manufacturing locations in UK, Germany, USA, India & China. Concentric had an annual turnover in 2016 of approximately £180M with just under 1000 employees worldwide.

I was responsible for the Pumps & Valves Division of Hamworthy that consisted of two pump businesses in Singapore and Denmark and a UK based valves business with a total turnover of > £100M pa and ~ 450 employees. In January 2012 Hamworthy plc was acquired by Wärtsilä Corporation of Finland and our company name has changed to reflect the new ownership.

Managing Director of Hamworthy's business in Singapore, specialising in pumps and pump systems for the marine and offshore industries with turnover of £40M and ~ 180 employees. The business included a dedicated bronze foundry for the supply of castings used in it's pump products and capabilities were expanded to include duplex stainless steel castings and the introduction of diesel and hydraulic firewater pump systems.
