Regularly reporting to head-office. Handle requests from the bank on ad hoc basis.

Development, pricing and monitoring of intrest products, especially mortgages and saving products. Supporting of relationship managers with commercial actions and development of specific sales tools. Participation in different projects as Activity Based Costing, Raroc and Basel II.

Responsible for all the management information to the Dutch branches and the coordination of the planning process of these branches. Creation of many new, relevant management information and automation of the whole process. Analyzing this information.
