•Newly appointed company representative for PRI across our European operations •Determine what return the funds can achieve on both a property & equity IRR basis over the investment horizon for equity raising •Maintain & control the distribution models quarterly for all funds. •Involvement in both acquisitions and divestments. •High level financial modelling and due diligence to determine if it is accretive to the fund.
