Oversaw logistical activity in direct support of more than 9,000 dispersed throughout multiple locations requiring continuous resupply of resources. Led weekly planning meetings to direct and advise business units on all matters related to logistical support. Captured future requirements to reduce resupply activity through efficient use of all available resources. Instituted Logistical Support Inspections to provide logistical governance and assurance.

Led ICS Department of specialist staff including Application Developers, IM Support and Implementation Team, and financial accountants, as well as numerous smaller ICS detachments located throughout Europe, in providing IM support to nearly 30,000 users, their dependents, and supporting staff.

Supervised a team of 45 Supply Specialists and members of civilian staff in providing all stores, materiel, accommodation, ammunition and life support needs to more than 5,000 personnel.
