Following Sungard's acquisition of Inflow: provided specialized support to Sungard's sales across Western US. Provided customers with systems design and architecture using Sungard's managed service offerings including but not limited to Internet access, firewall, intrusion detection, load balancing, storage area network (SAN), data backup, Akamai, server management, and other services supporting critical production environments.

Provided presales support to the sales team of Inflow's Pittsburgh Data Center selling colocation and managed services such as managed firewall, storage, Akamai, load balancing, security, monitoring and systems management. Constructed new business in a new market. Grew business from no customers and no revenue to 67 customers billing over $350K monthly.

Responsible for leading team of technology consultants. Grew team from 2 consultants to 16. Defined procedures and processes to support customer installations creating improved consistency, quality of consultant billings.

Provided network and technology consulting services to small and medium sized businesses. Spearheaded project management of digital drivers license ID systems installed in sites across Western Pennsylvania.

Network administrator for an electonic processing division of a major US Bank. Consolidated six Netware 2.15 servers into two Netware 3.11 servers. Wrote procedures to document network procedures including disaster recovery processes.
