Consultant supporting Finance function Coty DACH in 111 Transformation project (111 - one order, one delivery, one invoice) . Project- the fusion of Coty Legacy businesses with newly acquired Proctor & Gamble prestige fragrance business. Duties- SAP transitioning, project management, data migration/ verification. Also legal consolidation and reorganisation of entities- and Finance support of CFO DACH. Successfully closed Feb 2019, described as the most orderly and successful in the Corporations history.

FD and Prokurist of this €200 million turnover subsidiary of Amstrad PLC, the leading UK consumer electronics distributor. Restructured,downsized and ultimately closed the subsidiary. Managed major investigations during wind-down phase – saved €2 mill. during tax audit (7 months). Also duty investigation (5 months)- no penalties.

Financial control, consolidation and analysis of all financial results of the German- speaking subsidiaries to US GAAP and local requirements. All U.S. quarterly and annual fiscal and regulatory reporting (10K schedules etc.). Finance Manager of the Austrian subsidiary.
