As the account director for several Icertis clients across Europe I am responsible for client relationship management, a trusted advisor to my portfolio of clients, combining my broad knowledge and experience with an extensive track record of coming up with end-to-end solutions that will satisfy all parties. As a SaaS Business Leader, I am responsible for proactively maintaining client relationships with existing SaaS clients for IBM’s Watson Supply Chain and manage key relationships and activities within current client base in my region. In addition, my role is to provide value to the client as a trusted business adviser utilizing cross-industry experience and recognition of best practices

Managing daily operations for the excisting IATA e-Invoicing Servicem, leading a team of 8 project and account managers tasked with migrating existing and new clients to a new IATA service.
