Operational and Lead Project Resource in a secure Cisco UC environment of 20,000+ endpoints across 5 Clusters, and various ecosystems, including CUCM, IM&P, CUC, On-Premise WebEx Meeting Server, Kurmi (UC Provisioning), Tiger (Call Billing Platform), XMedius (IP Fax), Andtek (Phone Services & Call Recording), and Prognosis (Monitoring Solution).

Varied role involving some presales, ad hoc support for managed services customers and technical delivery of projects, with a focus on Cisco IP Telephony solutions (CUCM, CCME, CUC, UCCX, ARC, etc)

- Network Switch Replacement Project - A major infrastructure replacement project, replacing End of Life / End of Support switches in complex environments at multiple Pilbara Mining sites. - Wesley Building Office Fit out – Installation of Switching infrastructure, UPS’s and IP Handsets. - Rio Tinto Operations Centre – Installation and configuration of multiple Cisco Nexus 7000 and Cisco Catalyst 6500 series switches for the Operations Centre Data Centre.

- LAN and WAN Administration - Managed WAN upgrades and Firewall changes. - Planned and implemented WAN changes to improve availability to several divisions. - Implemented significant network equipment refreshes in several large Hospitals. - Implemented a Cisco Wireless network based on 4400 series WLAN Controllers and lightweight access points in Bunbury Hospital. - Installed network infrastructure for a large office relocation, including deployment of Cisco IP Telephony
