• Responsible for the new structuring and analysis of the current Supply Chain Network • Defining new global processes in the supply- and value chain • Develop the supply chain strategy for the worldwide organizational units • Optimizing existing processes throughout the company • Develop new and enhanced after sales / spare part processes • Development of the Business Blue-Prints for the implementation, integration and harmonization of the existing SAP systems
