I worked for 8 months at H&M during which I: - ensured the shop floor is tidy, clean and appealing to customers - restocked the floor I worked on - did morning delivery and put the security tags on the clothes before delivering them to the shop floor - worked the till - did returns - worked in the changing room and ensured the process to be fast and smooth for customers - rang up the till at the end of the night and counted the cash

During my time I did among other things the following work: - learn how to write a news release about an upcoming book in order to make it appealing to newspapers, so that they will print it - examine content for neobooks and whether the books independent publishers want to release is appropriate for the website - upload and edit manuscripts in InDesign - helping on a big project where the publishing house wanted to create a shop within Amazon for their gift books - organize the assessment centre
