I was responsible for creation, organization and implementation of training programs within psychological area (soft skills) such as: communication, emotional intelligence, change management, dealing with failure, public speaking, creativity & happiness.

My main responsibilities involved recruiting people for the study, conducting various procedures with the use of Eye Tracker, preparing database for analysis, creating and delivering feedback for the participants.

I worked for the therapeutic clinic for children in comma (“Budzik”). My main duties included diverse therapeutic activities with patients (children), conducting interviews and preparing psychological opinions.

I had the opportunity to work as a forensic and clinical psychologist. I made drafts of diagnostic assessments, prepared and delivered workshops on dealing with difficult emotions for inmates.
