Graduated as a professional in digital marketing for hospitality. Now I perform website development services myself, I organize hosting, domain, and website design. I am learning some programming courses for management purposes, I do photography, website design, and google business. We have in Madrid, a company that is in charge of App development engineers with more than 6 years of experience. I have 2 experienced design professionals for branding and e-book management. They design apps, for startups.

I was able to explore: MailChimp, Monday. With those POS Systems we were expected to organize: Selling, organizing documentation, sending clients proposals, purchases, and logistic processes. Managing the documentation needed for the companies. I was able to purchase products internationally with the requirements of the company. We used email marketing and calls for potential buyers and sellers. A trading company from Africa and South America to Europe... Logistics and transport were organized accordingly.

I worked in reception to handle reservations, and calls, assist clients, call the HR department, Room service and organize the cleaning service from the reception. Clients check-in, in, and check out from the entrance. I handled the different tasks at the hotel especially profiles of clients, their needs, and assist them with calls for restaurant reservations, and organizing new rooms.

Working at 1 of the 5 luxury Conrad Properties actually existing in the USA. Worked as in-suite dining coordinator, worked as a shadow in the Cornucopia coffee machine system, attended breast cancer walk, and helped clients with their food received. Attended feeding south Florida event. I made sure the kitchen completed tasks, the time was correct and the clients received their food on time.

Helping with daily operations. Working with the system, POS Micros. Organizing reservations, spa, f&b schedules, and helping the F&B Managers. I completed in the spa the tasks, from employees. Organized the cabanas reservations, and maintain the team's work. I made sure the events took place.

Hotel Management, internationally. Studied at: Switzerland, China & Spain campuses.
