Project management (Functional and load testing of the big financial systems in the main), recruitment, communication with sales, HR and marketing departments, supervising on our project managers.

Typically test project manager work: planning, creating test cases, test suites for functional testing, analysing buisness activity for developing good load-profile for load testing, making various reports about test progress and defects, organization of UAT, close collaboration with bank analysts and support.

Doing functional testing (HP QC, IBM Rational), test automation (HP QTP, IBM Functional tester, Rational Robot), load testing (HP LoadRunner), test-cases development, creating reports about testing progress.

Investigations on the brain activity of neurocortex while stimulating eye with flashing pictures (bars, circles, crosses). Have been trying to understand how brain converts complex picture into more simple fragments and then recognizes them as familiar.
