• Interviewing, training, and supervising the multi-national team of 14 engineers and 40 technicians for completing the following tasks (OEM Schneider Electric, SEL, HVPD): • Commissioning of the MV&LV switchgears, including: Relay’s testing and troubleshooting, commissioning of ASD; Primary Injection tests for High-Impedance Busbar Differential Protection, Transformers Restricted Earth Fault (REF) protection, MV motors, and MV cable lines; • Conducting PCS/DCS signals testing and troubleshooting;

• Electrical Lead Engineer for 3 LNG trains with associated Power Plant, LNG and Condensate Storage and Loading and Process Utilities plants • Led a team of Electrical Engineers and Technicians responsible for testing, maintenance, and operations support of Electrical Equipment, Protection Relays, and Control systems with communication based on IEC61850 (MMS and GOOSE) in 50+ modular Substations, operating at 110kV, 35kV, 10kV, and 400V including Power Generation Plant and Essential Diesel Generators.

• Coordinated the commissioning and start-up of electrical equipment for the Power Plant and Utility systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations • Preparation of commissioning programs and coordinating activities between and with the Main Contractor (Technip), Sub-contractors, and Vendors (Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery) • Performed first GTG energization and first synchronization between GTGs and between EDG and GTG, EDG black-start tests

• Developed a Maintenance Strategy based on Preventive Maintenance in combination with Condition Based / Predictive Maintenance practices for various pieces of electrical equipment based on vendors’ manuals, country legislation, and best practices • Reviewed and approved Basic and Detailed design documentation prepared by Yamgaz (Joint Venture of Technip, JGC Corporation, and Chiyoda), with a focus on Protection and Сontrol (OEM contractor - Siemens)

Tobolsk-Polymer (Petrochemical plant operator) • Performed Root Cause Analysis after Power System fault and enhanced logic of ABB High-Speed Transfer Device SUE 3000 to avoid misoperations • Proposed and implemented improvements based on in-depth analysis and technical expertise that prevented power system outages, contributing to a reduction of Production Loss (OEM – ABB, Siemens) • Carried out Power System Studies, improved Protection Relay coordination between substations of different EPC contractors

I performed testing of the Relay Protection of 110-500kV overhead power lines (Distance protection, Line Differential, Over Current, Earth Fault, Breaker Failure), 220/500kV Autotransformers (Transformer Differential, Buchholz relay, etc.), control systems including Auto Reclosing functions of 110-500kV Circuit Breakers, Low-Impedance Busbar Differential Protection at 110-220kV switchyards, elements of System Integrity Protection schemes, Electrical SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
