Work activities include achieving audience and sales targets, managing promotions within the cinema, budgeting, cash handling and stock control, preparing reports, statistics, forecasts and financial accounts, recruiting, training and supervising staff, marketing the cinema within a local and national arena, organizing duty rotes and wage payments, organizing festivals, premieres and hosting celebrity visits, and many other.

Managed production schedules, marketing and promotional campaigns, including direct mail, web and email campaigns. Work with key reports to create processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high quality work on time and on budget. Create and update various internal company documentation.

ISWiB was held for the third time in 2009, in the period from 9th till 16th August. Festival gathered around 200 participants from whole Europe.

Worked closely with the producers and directors on various film, TV and advertising projects to make sure that production crew is properly executing on the creative vision. Created and controlled production budgets, shooting schedules and production dates. In charge of finding equipment and suppliers, scouting locations and activities of various departments.

Established and organized first large-scale International Student Week in Belgrade (ISWiB) - a one-week student festival open to students of all European Universities. Festival gathered around 150 participants from whole Europe, with the aim of exchanging opinions and views about the hot issues that a modern society has to face, as well as overcoming global differences through personal contacts and mutual understanding.
