I have been acting as "Technical & Service Manager, Europe" establishing relations with O&M companies in several European countries, building up the SWAT system with a German electronics manufacturer and service provider, communicating with TÜV and Bureau Veritas for the certificates, etc.

I was responsible of all sales in all technical divisions (PV, Thermal (solar hot water) Heat pumps, wind, etc.)

We exported PEMSA products even as far as the other side of the world (New Zeeland), made distribution agreements all over Europe and build up own subsidiaries in the UK and Portugal.

I also looked for special products and gadgets for our monthly commercial actions.

Purchasing, logistics, stock control, warehouse handling, etc. for more than 40 000 references. During that time we were able to secure the exclusive distribution of spare parts for Spain for several well known brands (Philips, Thomson, Nokia, Samsung, Whirlpool, etc.) I was also Product Manager for Clare Components, American manufacturer of telecommunication components for OEM.

    Build up the Spanish subsidiary for the German manufacturer of medical equipment Schumacher & Partner. Specialised in physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment I sold and installed treatment centres in some of the most famous Spas in Spain. (Puente Viesgo, Mondariz, Fitero, Ledesma, etc.) Legal claims between the German owners forced the closing of the subsidiary.
