Aided airline’s customers with complaints and questions, clarified to customers information about offered services. 3. Assisted in the physical inspection of fuel stations and LPG warehouses and their readiness to operate. 3. Examined licensing requests for the submitted paperwork of fuel stations and LPG warehouses. 4. Built an Excel database of various information of 563 fuel stations. 5. Prepared my Directorate's monthly achievements reports.

Troubleshot operational errors in pumps, central heating, and air conditioning systems through the university’s facilities and administrated the necessary scheduled maintenance for it.

- Attended 2 years of university training which abled identification of existing and potential environmental threats, preventing or reducing environmental damage through Environmental Risk Assessment, Risk Analysis, Sustainability Studies. -Modelled wind energy map for a city for my thesis, to find its wind utilisation potential by employing ’Computational Fluid Dynamics’ software and Geographic Information tools.

-Abled formulation and solving engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics. - Practiced engineering design to produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration of public health, safety, as well as global, social, environmental, and economic factors. - Designed a Can Crusher for my graduation project, to reduce solid waste size by employing gained mechanical design knowledge, from complex equations and hand drawing to Computer Aided Design.
