Aerodynamic package implementation for a Formula SAE / Student vehicle focused on downforce and vehicle dynamics improvement. 2D analysis of aerodynamic profiles with JavaFoil software and analysis of different components and prototypes setups in CFD (Star-CCM +). Manufacturing in composite materials. Sub-sonic low speed wind tunnel testing and track validation data analysis.

Function: Organization and Statics - Business plan: Viabilization of production and sales of 1000 prototype units and presentation to the judges; Just-in-time application, CAx, Financial analysis and corporate responsibility. - Cost Report: BOM (List of Materials) with optimized analysis of production process of each piece / Assembly; Creation of fictitious company to design and produce 100,000 units of accents for the new Ford Fiesta 2015; 25% reduction abalysis of carbon footprint in production.

Function: Powertrain - Member of the Powertrain group, assisting in the design and construction of the transmission parts of a Formula SAE / Student vehicle. Function: Engine Team Leader - Design and implementation of the exhaust manifold; Calculation and implementation of the new vehicle cooling system. - Experience in Coast-Down testing and data analysis. - Team and project management.
