AudioPressBox products are sophisticated tools for audio distribution at press conferences, presentations and other events where audio signal has to be transmitted or recorded by multiple TVs, cameras, audio recorders, reporters and/or journalists. • Responsible for sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland • Building and maintaining business relationships • Seeking for new business opportunities

• Answering incoming inquiries from stakeholders from Germany and providing relevant information • Co-operation with Customer Services, Credit Management, Incoming payments and local Sales team across all businesses for respective countries • Check customer follow up on agreed repayment plans • Check payments, misallocated payments and payment behaviour of the customers based on collection strategies

• Advise and support a group of consumer, small & medium business and public and large enterprise clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland • E-mail and phone communication to support sales • Delivery of a positive customer experience
