Learn core market customer applications and monitoring the market trend, identifying focused applications, and work with PL for product definition.

Nearly 6 years analog IC Design &Lead experience. Familiar with whole IC design process, including Project Definition, Design, Testing, Application. Manage and push analog engineers to follow schedule. Familiar with the process of chip industry quality system. In addition, I have in-depth research about Bipolar, CMOS, SOC mixed circuit simulation, Auto IC. Responsible for definition, spec planning, guiding relevant persons to complete the work.
