Mostly from an agency background I have acquired deep knowledge across silos and business areas. I am internationally known as an expert and thought leader when it comes to strategic innovation, ideation and team building and have over the years won more than 400 awards with my teams. Now I offer my services on a freelance basis.

Leading the complete process from defining a basic roadmap, building a team from scratch and developing physical workshop-room concepts to proposing and managing projects, offering ideas and insights to startups and SMEs while moderating c-level workshops for multi-billion companies and coaching Fintech startups. Spielfeld Digital Hub was founded in 2016 as a joint venture between Visa and Roland Berger.

Costumers include: Novo Nordisk, Carlsberg, Cochlear, Berendsen, TDC mobil, Danske Bank, Burger King and internal redesign of ADtomics presence on the web.
