I led design for enterprise and startup clients, managing the lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Notable projects include AI-powered platforms for AIYOONI (2024), a business travelers section and CMS 2.0 for Discover NEOM (2023), and UX/UI for NEOM’s digital ecosystem (2022). My responsibilities included end-to-end design, collaboration, wireframing, prototyping, and user research. I consistently delivered innovative solutions and fostered strong client relationships.

I led UX teams in digital transformation across banking, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing. I used design thinking and user-centered solutions to boost clients’ growth and efficiency. Responsibilities included conducting design thinking workshops, developing prototypes, creating guidelines, and integrating onsite teams. I also managed offshore teams for seamless execution, accelerating projects and reducing friction.

- Lead the App and UX/UI/industrial design development across Marketing, Customer Experience and internal & external design stakeholders and vendors;
