Project: Billing to Cash program(Thomson Reuters) Responsibilities: SAP Implementation, Application Maintenance & Development Developed Functional Specifications based on project blueprints and business requirements Configured key SAP FICA (RMCA) components for payment processing and revenue management. Conducted root cause analysis to resolve process failures and functional issues. Supported FI-SD integration, payment processing, revenue recognition, and period-end close.
