-Construction of the accounting risk mapping considering the risks inherent to the activity and taking advantage of existing first-level controls. -Mitigation of potential risks by proposing action plans and monitoring their implementation. -Development and monitoring of a second level of controls, in line with entity's specific risks. -Creation and update of local procedures and policies.

-Contribution to audit of statutory statements, in French and US GAPP and validation of IFRS consolidated statements, -Conducting Internal Control assessments for French and US clients (including SOX reports) by reviewing controls, policies, and procedures, -Management and supervision of team’s work (from 1 to 5 junior auditors).

-Participation in the audit legal missions for SMEs, -Review of internal controls by analyzing procedures and testing key controls. -Validation of legal documents and reports issue.
