Master Thesis: The primary objective is to develop a framework for the application lifecycle management of non-medical software since no standard guiding principle or framework currently exists within the Digital Strategy and Operations department.

Provided project management assistance through an amalgamation of reporting, status tracking, project planning and support in request for proposal projects. I was additionally responsible for the organization and documentation of international supplier workshops, and for the creation of meaningful presentations for Senior and executive management.

Provided a high level of technical assistance, training, and ongoing support to high value clients for a variety of web-based products and applications. Liaised between developers and clients to ensure a mutual level of understanding for processes and applications.

Daily work consisted of using C# and Extjs in conjunction, to develop a web-based tool (Project Scope and Fee Proposal tool) for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the engineering consultants to create the design projects for their various roadway initiatives.
